At the beginning of the Autumn Term in Upper Sixth students are required to undertake a five day placement with an
employer of their choice. Students must self-generate their placement
and they are supported with this in school. Placements are arranged by
students between November and May of the academic year, with a view to
have all placements confirmed by the Summer. Students see this as a
great opportunity to improve their hard and soft skills, gain an insight
into the world of work and give them a better understanding of their
future aspirations.
